The devil was able to corrupt the law through the Jews studying the law with their minds. The Father commended His love at that time. He sent his only begotten to save mankind. Through repentance from dead works everyone can get the root of sin. There is grace and truth apart from the law. Conviction is a blessing if you are following a way that seems right.
